The Study Management Committee (SMC), which includes the City of Ann Arbor (City), the Ann Arbor Transportation Authority (AATA), the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the University of Michigan (UM) have partnered for the purpose of seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide feasibility study services until 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2008 at AATA offices, 2700 South Industrial Highway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104.
