Choosing to ride the bus can offer the customer a variety of benefits....
The Ride means greater independence. No calling ahead to
reserve a trip or waiting twenty minutes for your A-Ride trip. You go when you want to go
and you know when you'll arrive at your destination. The bus runs on a regular schedule
and route.
Using The Ride can save you money. A
trip on A-Ride cost $2.00. A trip on The Ride costs $.50
cents for people with disabilities who enroll in the Fare Deal program
or $.25 cents for people with disabilities who qualify under ADA
regulations.
Using TheRide is easy. All AATA buses are
fully accessible with ramps or kneelers. There are voice announcements and digital
