Process for Obtaining Bids 

To obtain bid documents, you must register for the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) BidNet Direct system. BidNet assistance is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. by calling 800-835-4603.

Disadvantaged Businesses

Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) has established a goal of 2.27% for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Program for fiscal years 2021 through 2023. This goal will be reached by using 1.77% race neutral means and .50% race conscious means.

The goal and its rationale have been developed in accordance with the Federal Transit Administration's regulations 49 CFR Part 26.
