Route 3 will use a revised route traveling on Huron St. instead of Ann and Catherine in Ann Arbor and will travel Huron River to Lowell instead of LeForge, Clark, and River St in Ypsilanti. Weekend service added.  Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Add weekend service. Reinstate service to LeForge Rd area. Move routing in the downtown Ann Arbor area from Washington St, Ann St, and Catherine St to Huron St.

Route 4 will use a revised Route 4A, serving U of M Hospitals on Observatory.  Service operates every 15 minutes on weekdays, every 30 minutes on weekends, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 4 to serve UM Hospital on all trips. Eliminate route variations. Move routing in the downtown Ann Arbor area from Washington St to Huron St. Add time to peak hour trips to improve on-time performance.

Route 5 will use revised Route 5A routing and serve Carpenter Rd. to Meijer.  Adding every 30 minute service on weekends.  Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 5 to two variations: 5A trips will serve Ypsilanti and 5B trips will serve Meijer on Carpenter Rd. Add time to trips to improve on-time performance.

Route 6 will use 6A routing and the Briarwood bus stop will be moved to Briarwood Circle and Plaza Dr. Service will also be increased to every 15 minutes during peak hours. Adding every 30 minute service on weekends.  Service operates every 15 minutes 6-9am & 3:30-7:00pm, every 30 minutes otherwise.

Effective 8/29/21:  In the downtown Ypsilanti area, all trips heading to the Blake Transit Center (BTC) will use Michigan Ave and all trips heading to the Ypsilanti Transit Center will use Congress St. Riders in the Michigan Ave corridor needing to reach the Ypsilanti Transit Center are advised to use Rt 47.

Route 22 will use a revised route between the Blake Transit Center and Food Gatherers. Buses headed to the Blake Transit Center will use Maiden Lane to Huron Street. Adding every 30 minute service on weekends.  Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

* Updated Temporary Service, effective 1-17-21.   Adjust inbound routing from the Glen Ave/Fuller Rd area to use Beakes Ave and Fifth Ave through Kerrytown.  Connect all trips with Route 3 at the Blake Transit Center.

Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate service to Dhu Varren Rd and Pierpont Commons. Add time to peak hour trips to improve on time performance.

Route 23 will follow 23A routing to the Plymouth Road park-and-ride lot, and will be extended to serve Traver and Tuebingen.  Service operates every 15 minutes on weekdays, every 30 minutes on weekends, 7 days per week.

* Updated Temporary Service, effective 1-17-21.  Adjust routing in downtown Ann Arbor from William St to Washington St and Thayer St to reach the U-M Central Campus Center.  Add more time to Saturday/Sunday schedules to improve on-time performance.  Route to share boarding location with Route 4 on Fourth Ave.  Connect all trips with Route 22 at Blake Transit Center.

Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 23 to serve Green Rd and the Plymouth Rd P&R lot on all weekday trips. Green Rd P&R lot will be served weekday evenings and weekends. Move routing in the downtown Ann Arbor area from Washington St to Huron St. Add time to trips to improve on-time performance.

Service Update 11/22/20:  Route 25 expanded to serve Target on Waters Rd.  Route will operate a revised route between the Blake Transit Center and Meijer on Ann Arbor-Saline road. It will also serve Main Street between Ann Arbor-Saline Rd. and Oakbrook. Adding every 30 minute service on weekends. Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Continue current routing that serves Main St and Oakbrook Dr. Service in the Oak Valley Dr/Lohr Rd area south of Meijer on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd to be provided by FlexRide-West.

Service Update 11/22/20:  Restore route as one-way, clockwise loop serving Scio Church Road, Maple Road, Pauline, Stadium, Franklin, Seventh and Madison. BTC departure times at :15 and :45 past the hour.  Route to share BTC boarding location with Route 4 on Fourth Ave.

Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 26 to serve one direction only. Service in the reverse direction to be provided by Route 29. Trips will alternate with Route 29 to provide service every 30 minutes. Routing will be moved from Seventh St to Main St to serve the Pioneer High School Park & Ride lot before reaching Scio Church Rd.

Route 28 will follow 28B routing and also serve Liberty east of West Stadium. Adding every 30 minute service on weekends. Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 28 to serve Pauline Blvd in both directions for all trips. Eliminate route variations.

Route 30 name has been changed to Jackson-Dexter. It will use a revised route that ends at Wagner road and will serve Huron, Dexter, Wagner and Jackson roads. Adding every 30 minute service on weekends. Route 31 will be served by Route 30 on the north side of Dexter. West of Wagner road will be served by FlexRide. Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate service to Meijer/Jackson Rd. Add time to peak hour trips to improve on-time performance. Route 30 to connect with WAVE service at the Meijer on Jackson Rd. Schedules will be coordinated with WAVE Service.

* Updated Temporary Service, effective 4-25-21. Route 32 arrival times to Skyline High School have been updated to coincide with school bell times. Morning arrival time will be 7:55am. Afternoon arrival time will be 12:30pm.

Route 42 name has changed to MacArthur-Michigan Ave. Route will use a revised route that service Michigan Ave., Ford Rd., MacArthur Blvd., Clark Rd. and Holmes Rd. Adding service every 30 minutes on weekends. Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Continue current routing.

Route 45 will use a revised route between the Ypsilanti Transit Center and, Harry and Grove Streets. Service will operates every 60 minutes, 6:30am-7:00pm on weekdays and 7:30am–7:00pm on weekends, 7 days per week. East of Harry Street served by FlexRide.

Effective 8/29/21:  Continue current routing. Service in the area east of Harry St/Grove Rd to be provided by FlexRide-East.

Route 46 name has changed to Paint Creek. Revised route between Ypsilanti Transit Center and the Ypsilanti District Library on Whittaker Rd. Arbor Preparatory HS will be served on select weekday trips. Service operates every 60 minutes, 6:30am-7:00pm on weekdays, 7:30am-7:00pm on weekends, 7 days per week. Service south of the library served by FlexRide-East.

Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate service to the Huron River Dr/Tuttle Hill Rd area. Rename route from “Huron-Textile” to “Huron-Paint Creek.” Service in the area south of Huron River Dr to be provided by FlexRide-East.

Route 47 includes additional service on weekends to operate every 30 minutes. Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Continue current routing.

Updated Temporary Service, effective 4-25-21. Route 62 has been adjusted to operate more frequently. Buses will leave the State St. Park & Ride lot every 18 minutes.

Effective 8/29/21:  Route 62 is revised to serve between the U M Central Campus, State Street Park and Ride Lot, and Wolverine Tower. Briarwood Mall is served by Route 6 or Route 24.

Route 65 name has changed to Green-Fuller. Route will use a revised route from Blake Transit Center to Green Rd. Park & Ride and will serve Fuller Rd., U of M North Campus and the VA Hospital adding service every 30 minutes on weekends. Service operates every 30 minutes, 7 days per week.

Effective 8/29/21:  Routing in the downtown Ann Arbor area will be moved to serve the U-M Medical Campuses before ending at the Central Campus Transit Center. All trips will be connected to Rt 61.

Routes Suspended-Other Options Available

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 22.


Effective 8/29/21:  Amtrak Station to be served by Route 33 Monday-Friday.

Service is suspended during this phase.  Use Routes 4, 5, 6, or 25.


Effective 8/29/21:  Rename route from “S. Main-East” to “Eisenhower-Golfside.” Change route to serve State St and S. Industrial instead of S. Main. Service to S. Main St, Northbrook Dr and Oakbrook Dr to be provided by Route 25. Trips alternate with Route 6 for more frequent service on State Street and South Industrial.

For Route 27 in Ann Arbor, options include using Route 25, revised Route 26 or 28. In Pittsfield Township, FlexRide can be used to connect to Route 25 at Meijer.


Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate temporarily suspended route.

In Ann Arbor, options for Route 29 include using Route 28 east of West Stadium. In Scio Township, FlexRide can be used to connect with Route 28 or Route 30, west of West Stadium.


Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 29 to serve one direction only. Service in the reverse direction to be provided by Route 26. Trips will alternate with Route 26 to provide service every 30 minutes. Use Route 26 when Route 29 is not in service. Routing will be moved from Seventh St to Main St to serve the Pioneer High School Park & Ride lot before reaching the Blake Transit Center.

Use revised Route 30 on north side of Dexter Rd.


Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate temporarily suspended route.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 32. North of M-14 served by FlexRide.


Effective 8/29/21:  Revise Route 33 to serve the Amtrak station using Division St/Fifth Ave for all trips. Reinstate service to the Newport Rd/Holyoke Ln area. Add time to trips to improve on-time performance.

This route has been suspended by Eastern Michigan University due to the College of Business moving to Central College. Travel to and from the campus remains available by using Route 3, Route 4, or Route 5. Riders can plan their trip by using the rider tools or by calling route information at 734-996-0400.


Effective 8/29/21:  Use Routes 3, 4, and 5 to connect from the Ypsilanti Transit Center to EMU’s main campus.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 42.


Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate temporarily suspended route.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 23 or 32.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 22.


Effective 8/29/21:  Revise route to provide two-way service in the UM Central/Medical Campus areas. Remove service from Glen Ave and Fuller St. Connect all trips with Route 64 at the CCTC. Add time to trips to improve on-time performance.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 4 or 5.


Effective 8/29/21:  Revise route to end at the UM Central Campus Transit Center. Connect all trips with Route 63 at the CCTC to reach UM Medical Campus. Add time to trips to improve on-time performance.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 4, 5, or 65.


Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate temporarily suspended route. Remove evening and Saturday service north of Pierpont Commons including the Green Rd P&R lot.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use Route 42, 44, 45, or 46.


Effective 8/29/21:  Reinstate temporarily suspended route.

Service is suspended during this phase. Use VanRide vanpool service.
