Emergency Ride Home

Emergency Ride Home is a program offered to VanRide passengers for transportation reimbursement in the event of an emergency. This program ensures that you can easily return to your vehicle or to any other location (home, school, daycare provider, etc.) to appropriately respond to an unexpected situation. Make necessary travel arrangements with a taxicab, rental car, or other ride service, hold onto your receipt for documentation, and we can reimburse your trip expenses.

This service can be used for personal or family illness, unscheduled overtime, or other mandatory work-related holdovers. You may even make additional emergency stops (e.g., day care or hospital) if need be.

Reimbursement Details

To receive your reimbursement, please fill out and mail our reimbursement form with an original copy of your service receipt to TheRide's main office.
