Unless otherwise noted, Board meetings take place on the fourth floor of the Downtown Ann Arbor District Library at 6:30 p.m. Board packets are typically posted one week before meetings. Alternative formats are available on request.
Public Comments at Board Meetings
There is designated time at the beginning and end of each board meeting for members of the public to address the Board.
Please sign up on the sheet provided at the meeting if you’d like to address the Board. You will have up to three minutes to make your statement. If your statement goes over three minutes or is personally directed, irrelevant, or abusive, the Chair is permitted to interrupt or terminate the statement.
